It was my first time needing to have work done on a car at an auto body shop - and Wilmette Auto Body was a great place to ease my mind. Dean is helpful, direct, and has very calming energy. As a new member of the Wilmette community, I was unfortunately searching for an auto body shop after moving here this summer, 2024. Their work was impeccable, and their customer service was bar none. There wasn't any question where I would take my other car for repair after a minor accident. Wilmette Auto Body should be your TOP CHOICE if you're in any driving radius. Kudos to Dean and the team.

Have used them many times, they are the best. Sabrina in particular is wonderful. They do A+ quality work, at very fair prices. This is the right place to go for all cars, all the way up to exotics.

I had a very positive experience at wilmette auto body. I scratched the passenger side of my car pretty badly right before labor day weekend. I wanted to put the entire ordeal behind me and called around to a few auto body shops near my area but they were either a bit rude or didn't have great reviews.

The moment I called wilmette auto body and spoke with Sabrina, I felt like my unlucky day got a lot better. She was incredibly kind and after sensing my urgency did her best to squeeze me in for an estimate day-of (even though they were very busy). Dean inspected my car very thoroughly and after reassuring me there was no major damage, sent me an estimate 1 hour after I left the shop. I was able to get on their calendar right after the weekend and after 3 days my car was back to looking brand new. I thought for sure I could find where the damage was painted over, but I honestly can't find it (Dean and his team are that good!)

Every interaction I had with Dean and Sabrina was great. I would highly recommend them.

I arrived for an estimate to repair a moulding panel at the bottom of the right front passenger door. Fully expecting an estimate in the hundreds of dollars (dealer pricing), the gentleman came to my SUV, saw what was wrong and figured out that he could make the repair right there in the parking lot. I went in with three problems after scraping up against a yellow bollard: paint rubbed off on the car, dent on my fender, and a door that wouldn’t close smoothly. They fixed the paint and door closing issue during the estimate. I didn’t really care about the dent so total cost for repair was zero. They could’ve taken my car and I would’ve happily paid them for the fix. Obviously an unusual situation, but it says a lot about their integrity.
